Both exist at Stockholm Arlanda. Some suppliers meet you at a desk in arrivals. Others send a shuttle to an off-site lot. When winter road conditions apply, from 1 December to 31 March, the car needs winter tyres. A 4x4 does not replace them. The contract should say the car is fitted. Do not assume the daily rate includes them.
