Sweden stretches from a harbour capital built across islands to the Arctic Icehotel — Stockholm’s Gamla Stan and Vasa Museum, boat days in the archipelago, Gothenburg on the west coast, and Swedish Lapland for the lights. Whether you have two days in the city or a week heading north, there’s an experience worth booking.
BookYourTrip brings together thousands of Sweden tours and activities in one place, powered by Viator — with real traveller reviews, live prices and instant confirmation. Browse by category, compare your options, and book securely on Viator in a couple of clicks, at the same price you’d pay them direct.
Everything you need to know before you book.
Gamla Stan on foot plus a boat into the archipelago covers the city’s two signatures. The Vasa Museum is the one indoor booking worth locking in — it is the city’s most visited museum and sits a short hop from the old town.
Only with a flight. Jukkasjärvi is in Swedish Lapland, well north of the Arctic Circle; it is an overnight destination of its own, not a day trip. Pair it with Northern Lights or a dog-sled day rather than squeezing it onto a city-break itinerary.
Scheduled ferries can be bought on the day in summer, but guided cruises and any trip that includes lunch or a specific island stop fill up on weekends and in July. Book ahead if the archipelago is the reason you came.
Your booking is held by the tour operator who runs the tour — you book and pay them directly through us — so cancellations and changes go through them, under the cancellation terms you agree to at checkout. Many operators offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, but it varies by tour, so check the terms before you book.
The Icehotel and Lapland winter activities book out first, then summer archipelago cruises. Stockholm city tours and the Vasa are easier, but still worth booking once your dates are confirmed.
